What I am looking for right now is a group of right people.
How can I match with the frequencies of those people
Networking is so important for that. And this mean I have to sacrifice some of my evenings for that purpose. So I went to a few seminars to interact with people from all walks of life. This time round I interact with those who were mainly in executive positions. Unlike my normal coffee friends.
They are Image Consultants, Sales Coach, Research Analys, Accounts Manager, Director, Co-Founder and many others...
Its an eye-opener. I think I should go for more of such session. The previous seminars that I got to attend was'nt that impressive because I never got the chance to talk to them accept a few MLMers.
This one is really good but open only to ladies. It's called Secret Business. I'm not too sure when is the next session but I really love this seminar. You got to learn something and you can know new people. In order to engage in such networking session you need some interesting topics so people can remember you because there are way too many people to remember their names and etc.
What I do is I get their name cards and make a mental note about them. And I share with them about Inline Skating hence I got into their books.
Obviously I'm not that type who is way confident. But I'm sure with practice I am able to do it even though I slouch. There's nothing to do with my posture. Its my mind.
I look forward to attend such seminars again.
So far I have attended only 5 such seminars so I'm still in need to be exposed more.
What do I want the seminars to do for me?
I'm sure there's a purpose and reason for everything to happen.
Besides getting to know more people, I know I want something out of the Seminars. I have always wanted to improve my confidence by talking to many people. I still feel inferior even after using EFT to overcome the major inconfidence that I had. I want that firm confidence like a rock. Well, it's not going to be an overnight happening, I want to persist.
I'm going to practice.
It all had to come out from myself.
A story of a woman.
She used to be an housewife and turn into a great property agent. I remembered her husband died due to accident and she suffered from depression while supporting her children.
She have to go out to work. At this stage she met a life coach who eventually helped her throughout 5 years of her life.
The first year she went out talking to people. The second year she talk to more people. And this went on and on, she became the top sales in selling property the fifth year.
That's the power of life coaching. I think this is one of the most expensive services in the world. It can cost you a few thousands of dollars.
