I think spotted alot people who are trying for the move and it's not going to be easy for the knees. Below is Chen Chen! doing heel wheeling & Kristy.
Alot people are doing this move, so what is a good heel wheeling & kristy? Next is polina in her Heel Toe Swan Eagle position.
This move test your calve stregth on the heel. Not easy if you want to travel in straight line.
