Back Pain in Progress

I have had a no-life life. Completely no skating, no working, nothing to do at all... Damn boring.

I can't skate for a few weeks after injured my back. I shall began the mission on searching the remedies to this injury... Please suggest some of it if you have back pain before. I will put it in my trying list.

Things I've tried and going to try:
  • Acupuncture
  • Hit my back using both of my palms
  • Stretch my back every morning and every night.
  • Apply tiger balm.
  • Hula Hoop
  • Massage
  • Sitting on a "electric" chair.
May be I have to go through them... First is chin injured by skating, then is back muscles strained by skating, this time is near the spine for playing in a funfair...

If I can't skate, what will I do? So I began to make a list:
  • Make flowers bouquets - Flowers Art.
  • Explore bubble teas in or near my neighborhood.
  • Write a book; on what? LOL~
  • Swimming - which is the best sports option if you have a back pain.
  • Play the piano until it got hay-wired.
  • Visit the library so I can sit and stare into the blank in comfort.
  • Play with FaceBook and make myself a fool...
  • Jot down rubbish on my blog and see if there will still be any people who will bother to read them.
  • Visit shops, act as customer and chat with those retail workers who are hitting flies & mozzies. Poor thing~
  • Visit foreign places with those workaholic friends of mine if they don't mind having me to spoil their workaholic moods.
Let me bring you to another world next round.

Yeah ! Tiger balm red is a very good painkiller. Now I sell this product arround a world.
