I feel hurt. Today.
It happens to everybody. One day, we just want to be happy and hoping everything will be smooth for us the rest of the day... But we ended up getting upset due to some extremely nasty comments, fighting, memories or whatever misfortunes.
We will just feel hurt, and wishing badly that this emotion will disappear soon! Been through this many times?
Countless.
I wish that I will not end up hating that culprit who did it, for long. It is most undesirable.
Hatred wreck health. Both physical and mental.
Solutions? Let it go.
