This post is to welcome a 40 years old man who took up slalom skating from me recently.
Don't play play. If you think he's too old for slalom, you are extremely wrong! He's fit, flexible and accepted my corrections readily during lessons.
Age is not a problem, but health can be. I hope that you will take care of your body especially when taking part in any sports.
