A few days back, I went onto a weighing machine and weighed myself unknowingly. I was quite shocked to see that my weight went down by 2kg. I feel that I have to gain the weight back, so I must start drinking milk every day and night from now onwards...
Maybe lost them due to stress, I am not so sure.
I just got diarrheoa because my digestive system is not used to the Yomeishu. This year I am very prone to diarrheoa so I have to be careful with what I consumed nowadays. Anyway the Yomeishu was a gift from a friend. :)
I just had mini wok for lunch, one of my big time favourite! Bagus if there are pigs' livers in the soup! Fresh good pigs' livers are not so bitter and I love the slightly bitter taste accompanied with sweet fluffy crushed with the glycerol and being churned in my mouth to formed a paste-like stuff, then it will be pushed down slowly through the oesophagus.
In order not to be choked the slightly sticky stuff, it is best to have a mouthful soup after consuming. Sliced livers are of great taste when at 80 - 90% cooked. If they are 100% cooked or overcooked, the protein will become stringent and you will find it unpleasant to ingest.
Having stir-fried livers with porridge is also another enjoyment to me. I love savouring the semi-bitter-sweet meaty stuff stir fried with ginger & spring onion in my porridge. Yummy!
What are the benefits of consuming pigs' livers?
They are packed with iron and vitamin Bs so they function to increase red blood cells inside your body. Those with anemia are encouraged to have them occassionally. Females who are going through Menstruation should take have them too to replace red blood cells lost during the period. . ;)
Please take take not that, it is not adviseable to take pigs' livers too often as they are high in cholesterol. So eat them in moderate amount occassionally! Ok?
Wish you healthy and shining everyday!
